You are solely responsible for safeguarding your files, devices, and login credentials. PaperDrive is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to files or data.

PaperDrive integrates with third-party cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box. We are not responsible for any actions, failures, or breaches by these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions, and PaperDrive disclaims all liability arising from their use.

You agree not to upload content that: - Violates any law or regulation; - Infringes on any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others; - Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code; - Is abusive, offensive, or defamatory. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that we deem to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law. However, we are not obligated to monitor or take action concerning any content.
